        Bank and lending clients in both secured and unsecured debt financings, including club and syndicated loans, for corporate and commercial lending, asset based lending,  mezzanine lending, and DIP Loan financing, plus real estate loan transactions including construction loans, real estate purchase loans and refinancings, interim and permanent, secured by improved and unimproved real estate.


         Attorney role includes business assistance regarding review of borrower's financial and business structure, and all related legal responsibilities of loan commitments, due diligence coordination and review, loan documentation, negotiations, closing and funding.

        Corporate lending transactions including lead lender counsel for acquisition of national company including offices and collateral in mulitple states and provinces in Canada; responsibilities included all aspects of transactions, including loan commitment, due diligence coordination and review, loan documentation, negotiations, closing and funding.

    

        Oil and Gas Offshore Lease development loan facility; responsibilities included all aspects of transaction, including loan commitment, due diligence coordination and review, loan documentation, negotiations, closing and funding.

 

        Conduit national real estate based loans; responsibilities included all aspects of transactions, including development of entire system for production of legal documentation, due diligence responsibilities, and procedures with mortgage originators; supervised and/or drafted all aspects of transactions, including due diligence review, loan documentation, closing, rate locks, and funding.
