Before founding Stoler Law in March 2010, Lou Stoler was a partner at a highly recognized law firm for twenty (20) years serving as a lead attorney for business and financial transactions, including corporate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate, finance, lending, restructuring, and business attorney for bankruptcies.
After being in private practice, Lou Stoler moved to a Houston based international company starting as a senior attorney and advanced quickly to vice president, leading national and international corporate and financial transactions in the oil & gas, energy, steel, and trading industries, and then served as general counsel for special assets in the company's bankruptcy case. He returned to private practice with large law firms, successfully representing clients in his diverse areas of law practice.
As an in-house attorney, Lou Stoler worked directly with senior management for multiple business units concurrently, consulted across the organization on business development involving new areas for expansion, produced time driven significant opportunities, and correlated all legal work to the business accomplishments.
